2008 program will be available after 15th August. In the meantime here is what happened last year.

Registration and Launch Festival
When: Friday 21 September 2007 between 7.00-9.00pm
Where: City Hall forecourt, 30 Gheringhap Street, Geelong (Corner of Lt Malop Street) The Brief: The Shoot Out Geelong 2007 Brief, including the fifteen items from which five must be included in each film is released at 8.30pm What else: Sign up and get your Shoot Out Geelong 2007 Crew Pack containing lots of goodies, info, and all you need to kick the weekend off with a bang. There'll also be discounts and freebies to keep you going. There will also be live entertainment on site from 8.00pm. Hot tip: Download the registration form before you arrive and complete it prior to turning up – it makes life a lot easier and you’ll be done in a flash.

AWARDS AND SCREENING CEREMONY
A packed house saw the 2006 Shoot Out Geelong Awards and Screening Ceremony at Deakin University’s Costa Hall. So, in 2007, we’re expected another sell out.

Tickets for the general public to attend The Shoot Out Geelong Awards and Screening Ceremony will be available FREE of charge AT THE DOOR on the night from 6.00pm. Doors to the venue open at 6.30pm for entrants and invited guests only – the general public admission occurs at 6.45pm. General admission tickets will be issued on a first in first served basis via the Box Office.

The Box Office at Deakin's (Waterfront Campus) Costa Hall is located via the Gheringhap Street entrance.
